Sell Gaming PC San Antonio
Your gaming PC is worth cash two ways: as a whole system, or parted out. We quote both, you pick the higher one, and you are paid the day you bring it in.
Instant estimate online. The confirmed quote comes by email, usually within 1–2 hours during business hours, and never later than one business day.
Why not just list it
Cash today beats maybe-money in three weeks.
A patient private sale can pay more; it also takes weeks, and it rarely goes to plan — lowball messages, no-shows, a stranger in a parking lot. Here you see how much we pay before you leave the house, and the cash is in your hand the day you walk in. Off your floor, into your pocket.
What we buy
The list, in plain terms.
- Complete desktops
- Prebuilt or custom, any age worth testing
- Barebones systems
- Case, board, PSU — no GPU or drives
- Workstations
- Threadripper and Xeon builds
- Small form factor
- Mini-ITX and console-sized builds
- Non-working systems
- If it does not post, we still want to see it — the parts inside usually do
Not seeing yours? See what we don't buy. And if it turns out to be too old to be worth buying, we recycle it free on the same visit.
How we price it
What moves the price, and by how much.
Our pricing is a percentage of what the item is currently selling for used, and we update those figures weekly. Beyond that, these are the things we actually look at.
-
01
The graphics card, mostly
On most gaming builds the GPU is the majority of the value. Everything else is the remainder.
-
02
Whole versus parted
A complete tested system is convenient. The sum of the parts is usually higher. We calculate both and show you the working.
-
03
Storage and memory
Easily removed and easily valued. If you want to keep the drive, say so, and the quote adjusts.
-
04
Power supply
A quality modern unit adds value inside a system. On its own, a loose power supply is not something we buy.
-
05
Cosmetics
Scratches and dust do not matter much. A cracked tempered-glass panel does.
We don’t open low and negotiate up. The quote you’re given is the price. More on how we price →
No surprises
Three steps. One trip. Paid.
- Get your quote before you drive. Pick the parts inside it and see an estimate right away. Send it to us and the confirmed quote is in your inbox, usually within 1–2 hours during business hours, and never later than one business day. We often answer evenings and weekends too. Accept it and bring it in.
- Bring it in, no appointment. We log the model, condition and serial number in front of you (photo ID, 18 or over), then check it on the workshop bench — about ten to fifteen minutes per item. Your quote stands unless the item isn’t as described or part of it fails; then we show you what we found, offer a parts price, and you decide.
- Walk out paid. Cash or a company check, same day, before you leave. Say no at any point and take it home — no fee, no hard feelings.
We record the serial number and the seller’s ID on every purchase, and hand the bill of sale to law enforcement if they ask. That’s why we need your ID, and why stolen hardware doesn’t come through this door.
Your data
Every drive we buy is securely erased, at no charge.
After the purchase, free, and you can watch if you ask. Want it in writing? A Certificate of Data Destruction is printed on request. Rather keep the drive and sell the rest? Fine and normal — the quote is just lower without it.
Not sure exactly what you have?
Not sure what is inside? Bring the whole machine. Identifying components for you takes a couple of minutes and costs nothing.
Still stuck? Call or text (210) 710-2020 and describe it, or bring the whole machine and we'll identify it for you.
Common questions
Before you drive over.
Should I sell my gaming PC whole or in parts?
Parted out is usually worth more; whole is quicker and simpler. We price it both ways and show you the difference, then it is your call. We do not push you toward whichever suits us.
My PC does not turn on. Do you still want it?
Yes. A machine that will not post very often has perfectly good parts inside, and diagnosing which component failed is what the bench is for. It is worth the drive.
Should I wipe the computer before I bring it in?
You do not need to. Every storage device we buy is securely erased at no charge after the sale, and you can ask for a Certificate of Data Destruction. If you would rather wipe it yourself first, that is fine too.
